Villa Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome to our exclusive villas.
- Assist guests in their villa selection process, catering to their unique preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate villa reservations, managing bookings, and handling inquiries with utmost professionalism.
- Provide guests with comprehensive information about the local attractions, activities, and cultural experiences to enhance their stay.
- Ensure seamless communication with villa owners, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure an unforgettable guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback with a positive attitude and work towards continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, luxury travel, or villa management is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- A passion for Balinese culture, traditions, and providing unforgettable guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
